Lash & Brow Oil and Hair Oil: our 12-week results promise
Our formulas are waterless, concentrated and made to work with your natural growth cycle. That means results build over time rather than overnight. Many customers notice a difference within four to six weeks, but every lash, brow and scalp is different, and a full cycle can take up to three months.
If you’ve used your Lash & Brow Oil or Hair Oil as directed for at least 12 weeks and you’re not happy with your results, we’ll refund you in full or send you a replacement.
To claim:
- Take a “before” photo on the day you start, in good natural light.
- Take an “after” photo after 12 weeks of consistent use, from the same angle and in similar light.
- Email both photos to hello@isobelperl.com with your order number. Please send them within six months of your order date.
Cleansing Balm and Vanilla Lip Oil: not quite right?
If your Cleansing Balm or Vanilla Lip Oil isn’t for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@isobelperl.com with your order number, a photo of the product and a line on why it didn’t work for you. We’ll offer you a swap or a full refund, with no need to send it back.
