9. Pricing and Taxes

For customers with a delivery address in the EU, a 20% surcharge is applied at checkout to cover VAT and import duties so no additional fees are payable on arrival.

For customers with a delivery address in the USA, duties are applied at checkout to cover import duties so no additional fees are payable on arrival.

10. Sale Pricing and Price Adjustments

Promotions, discounts and sale prices are only valid at the time of purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds for orders placed before or after a promotion.

Prices may vary throughout seasonal sales and promotional periods.

11. Products

Always perform a patch test before use. If pregnant, suffer from any skin conditions or take medication which these products may adversely react with, consult a doctor before use.

By purchasing PERL Cosmetics products, you recognise that some ingredients may cause irritation, sensitivity, or adverse reactions in susceptible individuals; none of which PERL Cosmetics accepts responsibility for. All ingredients are listed in the product description and included in the packaging.

The use and preparation of the products are entirely your responsibility and PERL Cosmetics will not be held responsible for misusing our products. If you are under 18, seek help from an adult to apply the product.

12. Affiliate Marketing Policy

    • Affiliates found in violation of this policy will have their affiliate status revoked, and any pending referral payments will be forfeited.

  2. Misrepresentation or Deceptive Practices

    • Affiliates must represent PERL Cosmetics truthfully and avoid misleading claims or false advertising about our products or services.

  3. Use of Unauthorized Channels

    • Affiliates are expected to promote our products only through authorized and approved channels, including personal blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters. Any use of unauthorized platforms to promote affiliate links is not permitted.

Consequences of Violation

Affiliates who engage in any of the prohibited practices outlined above will be subject to immediate removal from our affiliate program. Any commissions earned through fraudulent or deceptive practices will be withheld and not paid out.
